An active staff with a wide age group!
From students to 60 years and older, our working staff are comprised out of a wide age group.Our oldest female employee was recruited at a cafe by our president when she was reading job leaflets. Now after 2 years after she joined, she is now not only an indispensable part, but also a trusted organizer of the staff.One of our biggest features is that we do not adhere to conventional thinking. We do not think that “working at a restaurant is hard for the elderly.”
We offer short shifts for mothers as well!
Although most restaurants are generally associated with long working hours, our basic working hours are 5.5 to 6 hours per day, even for full-time employees. We listen to our staff’s requests as much as possible to the extent necessary. It is a great environment to work while pursuing your dreams. Many of our employees are housewives, and we are flexible in adjusting their shifts. You can bring your children when you work on weekends.

We actively employ students on working holidays and students from overseas, resulting in a multinational workplace.15 international staff members from 6 different counties work here utilizing their native languages.Since we have many foreign customers, we are a suitable workplace for anyone who wants to learn English skills.And if you do not have any English skills, do not worry.We have a staff of Japanese and overseas student who can speak English.
